It's all about passion. Dave Cavil & Brian Conard pulled their first building permit as C & C Custom Builders in 1991. Whether it's a custom home or integrating your functional needs & personality into your existing surroundings, they're happy to help.

Dave works with the customer from plan design through project completion. He holds a BBA from UW-Eau Claire with experience in customer service management. He currently involves himself with the Brown County Home Builders Association.

Brian is a graduate from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College's building and cabinetry program, previously worked for DeLeers Millwork and John Loberger Construction, and was building inspector for the town of Scott. Brian works with the customer on cabinetry design and specification. He creates detailed CAD renderings, onsite layout, and manages all aspects of the construction and installation.
